The service

Envoy builds a professional profile from documents you upload and your answers in a discovery conversation, then hosts a public page where a bot answers recruiter questions about your background on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Only upload information about yourself that you have the right to share.
Do not upload another person's data without their permission.
Do not use the service to misrepresent your background or to deceive.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us permission to process and store it solely to operate the service for you, including publishing the parts you choose to make public. You are responsible for what your public page shares.

AI-generated responses

Your profile and the recruiter bot's answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional, legal, or employment advice. Review your published page before sharing it.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
